摘要
针对平时南京市房产测绘工作中核心筒和楼、电梯的认定与分摊经常出现的一些问题进行了分析,比照《房产测量规范》、《房屋面积测算技术规程》和《不动产登记暂行条例》等规范和文件,并借鉴其他地方的房产测绘实施细则,提出了应对这些问题的相应措施和自己的一些看法。
The Nanjing real estate surveying and mapping work,the core of the tube and the building,the elevator and the identification of some of the problems were analyzed. According to the "Regulations","provincial regulations"and the "Provisional Regulations on real estate registration " and other standards and documents,and other places to enter the real estate mapping implementation details,it put forward the corresponding measures to address these issues and some of their own views.
