信息化背景下高等中医药院校的人事档案建设——以江西中医药大学为例

为适应国家信息化建设的需求,国家档案局2002年颁布了《全国档案信息化建设实施纲要》,对信息化建设环境下的档案管理提出了明确的建设目标和建设任务。高等中医药院校人事档案,作为档案信息化建设的重要组成部分,其信息化程度将对高校教学科研人才队伍建设,特别是高层次人才库信息建设有着极其重要的意义,是学校人力资源管理信息平台的基础,实现人事档案的信息化管理,将为学校的各项事业发展发挥积极的作用。本文以江西中医药大学人事档案信息化建设为例,阐述了本校人事档案信息化建设的主要意义,主要做法以及启发思考,为信息化背景下的中医药院校人事档案建设提供参考意义。

In order to meet the needs of national informationization construction,State Archives Bureau has publised The informationization construction of National files in 2002,it has clarifies the objectives and tasks of informationization construction of files. informationization construction of personnel files in traditional Chinese medicine colleges is an extremely important significance for teaching and scientific research,especially for the informationization construction of high- level talent,it is the foundation of information platform of human resources management,and makes the information management of personnel files possible,it also will play an active role for the school＇s development. This article took the informationization construction of personnel files in Jiangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine as an example,explained the significance of the informationization construction personnel files of this University,also the main practices and brought forward some thoughts for the informatization of higher institutions of Chinese medicine personnel files.
