摘要
目的:研究蝙蝠蛾被孢霉多糖(Mortierella hepiali Polysaccharides,MHP)其中一个组分MHP-2b的免疫活性。方法:体内实验:给MHP-2b组小鼠外周的白细胞,红细胞,血小板数量和骨髓DNA含量有增加(*P%0.01,*P%0.05,与空白组比较;$$P%0.01,$P%0.05,与模型组比较),随剂量增加增幅越大。结论:体内实验:MHP-2b能够明显的减轻环磷酰胺带来的骨髓抑制作用。
Object: The main purpose of this dissertation was to study immunity activities of MHP- 2b which is a part of MHP. Method: In vivo studies: The number of leukocytes,red blood cells and platelets increased which were given MHP-2b. Conclusion: In vivo studies: MHP- 2b can reduce the bone marrow inhibition caused by cyclophosphamide visible.
