摘要
主要介绍了莱钢炼钢厂窄带钢生产线通过综合考虑LF精炼炉渣的渣料配比、硫容量、黏度,并结合生产实际,选择合理的渣系,优化造泡沫渣工艺条件,提高了精炼渣对夹杂物的捕捉能力及顶渣埋弧效果,促进了快速脱氧、脱硫及夹杂物的去除,进一步净化了钢水。
In the paper, through comprehensive consideration of the slag ratio, sulfur capacity, viscosity of LF refining slag, and combined with the actual production, the reasonable slag system was selected, the process condition of foaming slag was optimized, and then the capture ability of refining slag on inclu- sions and the submerged-arc effect of top slag were improved, the rapid deoxidation, desulphurization and inclusion removal were promoted, and further the molten steel was purified.
