摘要 冷却器由于较大颗粒堵塞及沉积物滞留在冷却管壁上,结成硬块与管垢,使散热、换热功能降低。采用机械的方法解体清理,对冷却器加装反冲洗装置,在线对冷却器进行反冲洗,减少了较大颗粒堵塞及沉积物滞留,延长了解体检修周期。 The heat dissipation and heat transfer function of coolers decreased because that the larger par- ticles plugging and sediment stranding on the wall of its cooling pipes, forming the lumps and pipe scale. The mechanical method was taken to disassemble and clean the sediment, the backwashing device was added onto the cooler and carried out the on-line backwashing, thus the larger particle plugging and sedi- ment stranding were reduced, and the repair cycle of disassembling maintenance was extended.
