原子荧光法测定聚合氯化铝中砷的含量

摘要 探讨以硫酸预处理样品,硫脲-抗坏血酸混合液将五价砷预先还原至三价砷,然后采取氢化物发生原子荧光法测定聚合氯化铝中砷含量的方法,回收率为92.31%~105.10%,相对标准偏差为2.37%~5.55%,实验结果表明该方法较《聚合氯化铝砷的测定方法》(GB1592-2009)简单、快速,具有较好的准确度和精密度,完全适用于测定聚合氯化铝中砷的含量测定。 The method, by which the sample was pre-treated with sulfuric acid, the pentavalent arsenic was pre-reduced to trivalent arsenic with thiourea-ascorbic acid mixture, then the content of arsenic in polyaluminium chloride was measured by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry, was dis- cussed in the paper, its recovery rate could reach 92.31% - 105.10% and its relative standard deviation was 2.37% -5.55%, the experimental results showed that, compared with " the determination method of arsenic in polymeric aluminum chloride"( GB1592 -2009), the method was simple, fast and with a good accuracy and precision, fully applicable to the determination of arsenic content in polymeric alumi- num chloride.
