摘要
根据装配有杜邦Nafion2030与旭硝子Flemion8020SP离子膜的n-Bi TAC865型电解槽的运行数据,分析影响两种离子膜槽电压的因素,如盐水中的杂质、开停车次数等,认为各因素对不同型号的膜的影响不同,并将分析结论很好地指导了生产。
On the basis of operation data of Chlorine Engineers n-BiTAC865 electrolyzers equipped with membrane Nafion2030 and Flemion8020SP, factors of influencing cell voltage of the eleetrolyzers equipped with the two kinds of membrane were analyzed, such as impurity in brine, shutdown and start-up times, etc. It was concluded that different factors influenced the different membranes. These conclusions were used to guide production effectively.
