摘要 南钢宽厚板厂通过在线辊缝动态自修正过程控制模型,在轧制过程中对当前轧件前面各道次实际变形抗力参数值相对于坯料间自学习值的偏差进行横向指数平滑处理,以此修正后续道次的变形抗力参数,实现辊缝的自修正现象。针对轧件头尾温度存在的偏差,提出了"奇修奇,偶修偶"的概念,避免了头尾温差造成的辊缝修正震荡现象。实践证明:该模型能够实现辊缝自动修正,具有一定的应用价值。 With the aid of on - line roll gap dynamic self - modifying process control model, transverse exponential smoothing method is used to deal with parameter value deviation of actual deformation resistance in initial passes of current rolling piece to the adaptive values between slabs so as to modify the deformation resistance parameters of latter passes and achieve roll gap self- modifying. Aiming at the temperature deviation between plate~ head and tail, concept of Odd Number Value Modifying Odd Number Value, Even Number Value Modifying Even Number Value is raised, thus avoiding roll gap modifying value variation caused by temperature deviation between head and tail of plate. The application indicates that the model can effectively implement automatic roll gap modification and has certain practical value.
