船板轧制过程中条带状麻面缺陷产生原因分析

摘要 针对南钢中厚板卷厂轧制11 mm厚度船板过程中出现的条带状麻面缺陷问题,分析其产生原因,结合分析结果制定了解决该缺陷的工艺方案并投入生产实践。结果表明:通过减少轧制道次和前移除鳞道次的方法,提高除鳞温度,能够有效解决条带状麻面缺陷问题。 In view of the problem of strip type pitted surface defect on 11 mm thickness ship plate happened during the production in NISCO Wide Plate/Coil Plant, the causes of the strip type pilted surface formation are analyzed. Combining with the analysis results, the process program for such deliver is established and applied in actual production. The results show that the problem of strip type pitted surface defect can be solved by reducing the number of rolling passes and desealing the rolling piece in earlier passes so as to increase the descaling temperature.
