摘要 介绍了钢水全真空处理钢包水口自开率的控制难点,通过新型钢包引流砂开发、钢包水口设计优化、钢渣回流抑制技术研究,形成了一套提高钢水全真空处理钢包水口自开率的控制技术,钢包水口自开率达到99.5%以上,稳定了连铸操作,减轻了工人的劳动强度,实现了高效生产,降低了冶炼成本,改善了产品质量。 The paper introduces the opening rate control difficulty of ladle slide gate during vacuum degassing of molten steel. By studying the technologies such as new type packing sand, ladle slide gate design, slag backflow control, one set of control technologies for improving ladle slide gate opening rate during molten steel vacuum degassing is developed, the opening rate hits 99.5% and over, which stabilizes the continuous casting operation, reduces labor in- tensity, achieves efficient production,lowering steelmaking cost, improving product quality.
