加替沙星联合呋喃妥因治疗尿路感染有效性及安全性评价

Evaluation on Effectiveness and Safety of Gatifloxacin Combined with Nitrofurantoin in the Treatment of Urinary Tract Infection

目的:评价加替沙星联合呋喃妥因治疗尿路感染的有效性及安全性。方法:选取本院收治的尿路感染患者200例作为研究对象,将其随机分为单一用药组和联合用药组,每组100例。单一用药组给予加替沙星,联合用药组给予加替沙星配合呋喃妥因。对比两组治疗有效率、细菌清除率、副作用。结果:联合用药组治疗后总有效率为98.0%,而单一用药组总有效率为75.0%;联合用药组细菌清除率95.0%,而单一用药组为72.0%,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组用药副作用轻微,均有1%(1/100)出现轻微的胃肠道反应以及1%(1/100)出现恶心,两组不良反应率均为2%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:加替沙星联合呋喃妥因治疗尿路感染有效性高,能够显著提高细菌清除率,且安全可靠,不良反应少,值得在泌尿科中推广应用。

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of gatifloxacin combined with nitrofurantoin for treatment of urinary tract infection.Method：200 patients with urinary tract infection in our hospital were selected as the research object,they were randomly divided into single drug group and combined treatment group,each group had 100 cases.The single drug group was treated with gatifloxacin and combined treatment group was treated with gatifloxacin combined with nitrofurantoin.Efficiency,bacterial clearance,side effect of two groups were compared.Result：After treatment,the total effective rate of combined treatment group and single drug group were 98.0%,75.0%.Bacterial clearance rate of combined treatment group and single drug group were 95.0%,72.0%,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Drug side effects were slight,were 1%（1/100）of mild gastrointestinal reaction and 1%（1/100）of nausea,and the differences were no statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Gatifloxacin combined with nitrofurantoin for treatment of urinary tract infections is high,can significantly enhance bacterial clearance rate and safe and reliable,less adverse reactions.It is worth of popularization and application in urology.
