摘要
目的:探讨胃癌组织中微小核糖核酸-100(miR-100)的表达及意义。方法:对比胃癌组织(实验组)及配对癌旁正常组织(对照组)miR-100的表达情况。结果:实验组miR-100阳性率高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组miR-100阳性表达与胃癌患者分化程度、临床病理分期和淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。结论:miR-100在胃癌组织中表达上调,其在胃癌发生发展过程中发挥促癌基因的作用。
Objective：To investigate the expression and significance of mi R-100 in gastric cancer tissues.Method：The expression of mi R-100 in gastric cancer tissues（experimental group）and the adjacent normal tissues（control group）were compared.Result：The positive rate of mi R-100 in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The positive expression of mi R-100 in the experimental group was associated with the differentiation degree,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：mi R-100 expression is up-regulated in gastric cancer tissues,which plays a role in the development of gastric cancer.
