摘要
目的:探讨人性化护理模式在神经外科护理中的应用效果。方法:选择2012年11月-2014年5月本科住院患者166例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和人性化护理组,对照组给予常规护理,人性化护理组实施人性化护理。比较两组患者舒适度、满意度及护理纠纷发生情况。结果:人性化护理组舒适度高于对照组,满意情况优于对照组,护理纠纷少于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:人性化护理能显著提高患者舒适度和满意度,减少护理纠纷,提高护理质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To discusses the application effect of humanistic nursing in neurosurgery.Method： 166 patients in our department from November 2012 to May 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the humanistic nursing group.The control group received routine nursing,the humanistic nursing group received humanistic nursing.Patients＇ comfort,satisfaction and the incidence of nursing disputes were compared between the two groups.Result：Patients＇ comfort of the humanistic nursing group was higher than that of the control group,the satisfaction situation of the humanistic nursing group was better than that of the control group,the incidence of nursing disputes in the humanistic nursing group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were all statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Humanistic nursing can significantly improve patients＇ comfort and satisfaction,reduce nursing disputes so as to improve the quality of nursing.It is worth clinical popularization and application.
