鼻内镜下泪前隐窝径路治疗霉菌性上颌窦炎的手术路径及疗效观察

Surgical Approach and Efficacy Observation of Endoscopic Transnasal Prelaerimal Recess-Maxillary Sinus Approach in Surgery of Mycotic Maxillary Sinusitis

目的:探讨鼻内镜下泪前隐窝径路治疗霉菌性上颌窦炎的手术路径及疗效。方法:选择2010年1月-2014年6月本院收治的85例经临床确诊的霉菌性上颌窦炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用鼻内镜下泪前隐窝径路手术治疗,对照组采用经典的Caldwell-luc术治疗。比较两组临床疗效以及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组治愈率及好转率均高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鼻内镜下泪前隐窝径路治疗霉菌性上颌窦炎是有效、安全的,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective：To explore the surgical approach and efficacy of endoscopic transnasal prelaerimal recessmaxillary sinus approach in surgery of mycotic maxillary sinusitis.Method：85 patients with mycotic maxillary sinusitis in our hospital from January 2010 to June 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was given endoscopic transnasal prelaerimal recess-maxillary sinus approach in surgery while the control group was given classic Caldwell-luc approach in surgery.The clinical efficacy and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result：The cure rate and improvement rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the total incidence rate of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were all statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Endoscopic transnasal prelaerimal recess-maxillary sinus approach in surgery for mycotic maxillary sinusitis is effective and safe,which is worth further clinical popularization and application.
