摘要
以丙烯酸甲酯(MA)和二乙烯三胺(DTA)为原料,通过麦克尔(Michael)加成生成AB2型单体。对纳米TiO_2做适当表面预处理,以改性纳米TiO_2为中心核,与合成所得的AB2型单体发生缩聚反应,在纳米TiO_2表面接枝超支化聚酰胺胺(HPAMAM)。红外光谱(FT-IR)、热失重(TGA)和透射电镜(TEM)的测试结果表明HPAMAM成功接枝到纳米TiO_2表面。沉降实验和紫外可见光分析结果表明,接枝了HPAMAM的纳米TiO_2在氯仿溶剂中有很好的分散稳定性。
AB2 monomer was synthesized by the Michael addition of methyl acrylate (MA) and diethylene triamine (DTA). Nano-TiO2 was grafted with hyperbranched polyamidoamine (HPAMAM) through one-spot polycondensation between AB2 monomer and the surface treated nano-TiO2. The modified nano-TiO2 was characterized by FTIR, TG and TEM. The results indicated that HPAMAM was successfully grafted onto the surface of nano-TiO2. The results of sedimentation experiment and UV-Vis analysis showed that nano-TiO2 grafted with HPAMAM has better dispersion in the chloroform solvents than that unmodified.
