还原剂和分散剂对银粉粒径及微观形貌影响的研究 被引量:6

摘要 以抗坏血酸为还原剂,阿拉伯树胶为分散剂,采用化学液相还原法成功地制备出了亚微米级的银粉,并通过X射线衍射(XRD)分析仪和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对制得的银粉进行测试与表征。主要研究抗坏血酸和阿拉伯树胶的用量对银粉粒径及微观形貌的影响。实验结果表明,银粉的粒径随抗坏血酸用量的增加呈现增大的趋势;而阿拉伯树胶对减小银粉粒径有较明显的作用,但其使用量过多反而会导致银粉团聚。 Using ascorhic acid as reducing agent, gum arabic as dispersant, sub-micron silver powders were succesfully prepared by chemical liquid phase reduction method, and using X-ray diffraction (XRD) analyzer and scanning electron microscope (SEM) to test and characterize the prepared silver powders. The influence of ascorbic acid and gum arabic dosage on the particle size and microstructure of silver powders were mainly studied. The experimental results show that, the particle size of silver powders increased with the increased of ascorbic acid dosage; and gum arabic had a significant effect on reducing the particle size of silver powders, while gum arabic used too much may lead to silver powders agglomerate.
