摘要 用纳米SiO_2和表面活性剂TA-13制备出一种乳状液,其可用来提高水驱稠油油藏的采收率。物理模拟结果表明,制备的乳状液对低渗透率岩心具有较好的驱油效果,采收率最大增值可达45.11%。微观驱表明,乳状液可以分散到稠油当中,这种分散作用一方面抑制低粘度驱油体系的指进,提高了波及面积,另一方面降低了与前沿相接触的稠油的粘度,从而提高了稠油的流度。另外,乳状液中的表面活性剂可将稠油乳化成水包油的乳化液滴,提高洗油效率。 A kind of emulsion stabilized by nanoparticle SiO2 and surfactant TA-13 was prepared. The emulsion could be used to enhance oil recovery of heavy v experiments showed that the emulsion had a better displacement performance for low permeability core, besides, the max recovery value-added might be up to 45.11%. The results of microscopic visualization experiments show that the emulsion can disperse into the heavy oil. On the one hand the emulsion control the fingering of the low viscosity displacement system and improve the sweep area. On the other hand the emulsion can reduce the viscosity of the heavy oil and improve the mobility of heavy oil. In addition, the surfactant in the emulsion can emulsify the heavy oil into oil-inwater emulsion droplets and improve the efficiency of washing oil.
