摘要
利用水相合成法,一步合成了锰掺杂的ZnSe∶Mn纳米粒子并且研究其磁共振和荧光双模态成像的可能性。结果表明:ZnSe∶Mn纳米粒子粒径均一,约19nm;在紫外灯照射下发出明亮的橙色荧光;磁共振成像可显著缩短T1弛豫时间,T1WI图像增强;该纳米粒子对细胞增殖影响较小,具有较好的生物安全性。
The Mn2+ doped ZnSe : Mn nanoparticles were directly prepared by co-precipitation method, their potential application as fluorescence-magnetic dual modal imaging probes was studied. The results show that the shape of ZnSe : Mn nanoparticles are uniform and with an average size of 19 nm. The ZnSe : Mn nanoparticles can emit appa-rent orange fluorescence and significantly shorten the T1 relaxation time, enhancing T1WI image with MRI scan. In addition, ZnSe : Mn nanoparticles have little effect on cell proliferation, possess a good biological safety.
