摘要 选择性激光烧结(Selective laser sintering,SLS)是快速原型制造技术的一个重要组成部分。开发性能优异的粉末材料是SLS技术发展中的关键环节之一。选择性激光烧结所用的原材料主要有3类,即金属材料、陶瓷材料和高分子材料。对近年来这些材料的研究进展进行了详细的介绍,重点阐述了目前最具有应用前景的尼龙及其复合材料的发展应用,并对选择性激光烧结用材料未来的发展趋势进行了展望。 Selective laser sintering is an important part of rapid prototyping manufacturing. Developing excellent materials is the key link during the development of SLS. There are three kinds of materials applied in selective laser sintering, i.e. metal materials, ceramic materials and polymer materials. Latest research progress of each material is introduced in detail, and the developments of polyamide and its composites which have a broad application prospect are emphatically stated. The future research trends of SLS materials are also depicted.
