摘要
注凝成型具有许多其他成型方式不具有的优点,在陶瓷成型中得到了广泛的应用。主要介绍了氧化锆陶瓷注凝成型工艺的基本原理和基本特点。重点介绍了料浆pH值、分散剂的添加量、固含量和粉体性质对料浆流变性影响。同时介绍了无毒、低毒凝胶体系开发和素坯脱模干燥,并对未来氧化锆陶瓷注凝成型发展趋势和注凝成型在氧化锆陶瓷工业中的应用进行了展望。
As there are many advantages that other forming ways do not have, the gel-casting has been largely used in ceramic forming. The principle and characteristics of gel casting process for zirconia ceramic are introduced. Research progress on low toxicity or non-toxic gel forming system and the drying theory of green compacts are intro- duced. The effects of pH value, dispersant, solid loading and powder characteristic on the theological behavior of sus- pension are analyzed in detail. At the same time, the development trend of zireonia ceramic in gel-casting and the ap- plying of gel-casting in zirconia ceramic industry are forecast.
