弧焊机器人焊接参数对Mn-Ni-Mo系药芯焊丝工艺性的影响

摘要 将自行研制的Mn-Ni-Mo系药芯焊丝应用在弧焊机器人中,通过金相观察、硬度试验等方法,研究了焊接参数中焊接电压、焊接速度和焊接电流对焊接接头熔深、熔敷金属组织和硬度值的影响。通过研究发现,当焊接电压30V、焊接速度40cm/min、焊接电流210A时,获得的熔深最深,为2.65mm,组织为细小的板条马氏体组织,硬度值为184HV。有关焊接参数对药芯焊丝工艺性的影响机理在本文中得到了合理的解释,其研究结果可为药芯焊丝在自动化焊接中的推广使用提供一些借鉴。 By robot arc welding method, the low carbon steel was welded with metal powder type flux cored wire of Mn-Ni-Mo system by self-developed. By the microstructure observation and hardness test, the effect of weld- ing parameters, such as are voltage and welding speed and welding current, to the penetration and the deposited metal microstructure and hardness was researched. The deepest penetration was 2. 65 mm at are voltage 30 V and welding speed 40 cm/min and welding current 210 A, and the microstructure was the smaller lath martensite organization which hardness was 184HV. The affecting mechanism of the welding parameters to the flux cored wire processes was reasonably explained. The results of this paper will do some basic work for promoting the flux cored wire used in auto- matic welding methods.
