摘要 反光织物在黑暗环境中对于安全性的防护发挥了重要作用,通常使用玻璃微珠提高逆反射效果。重点讨论单个微珠对逆反射的作用,首先以玻璃微珠的光学路径为基础,使用光路追迹法从理论上分析了逆反射特性发生的条件及影响因素。其中重点讨论了玻璃微珠的折射率、入射光的角度对逆反射现象中偏折角的影响;并且对比了折射率在1.5~2.2范围时,偏折角的变化趋势。计算出最大偏折角和对逆反射起关键作用的玻璃微珠反射层的合适厚度,这些都为玻璃微珠在反光织物的实际应用提供了参考。 The retro-reflective fabric can be used widely to improve people's safety in a dark environment, and the glass beads are usually used to enhance the retro-reflective performance of fabrics. Raytracing method was used to analyze the retro-refleetion principle of glass beads systematically. Deflective angle showing the deflection between in cident ray and reflective ray was an important indicator of retro-reflective characteristics. By the numerical simulation, different deflective angles were observed with different refractive index (1.5-2.2) and incident angles. At the same time, the maximum deflective angle was deduced, and the reasonable reflective layer depth of glass bead was also cal culated. All of these results could provide valid guidance for the glass beads application on retro-reflection fabric.
