氧化亚铜基太阳电池的优化

Optimization of the Cuprous Oxide-based Solar Cells

摘要 综述了氧化亚铜在太阳能电池方面的研究现状。介绍了氧化亚铜在异质结电池的制备研究及优化研究,以及n型氧化亚铜的制备及构建同质结电池及其性能的研究。并探讨了氧化亚铜基太阳电池提高转换效率的影响因素及改善途径。 The current development of the cuprous oxides in the solar cell application are reviewed. The fabrication and optimization of Cu2O-based heterojunction solar cell, and the preparation of n-type Cu2O thin films and their energy conversion in homojunction cells are introduced. The factors that could improve the conversion efficiency of Cu2 O-based solar cells are discussed.
