摘要
利用电化学方法,通过正交试验来考察温度、交流杂散电流、Cl-浓度、pH值4个因素下某机场供油管道的腐蚀行为。分析结果表明盐含量尤其是Cl-浓度对管道的腐蚀速度影响最大,交流干扰电压、温度、pH值次之,交流干扰存在显然对供油管道的腐蚀有很大影响;各因素对其腐蚀行为的影响主要是通过改变金属表面欧姆电阻来实现,因此可以通过增大金属管道表面电阻来防腐;在4种影响因素组合条件下温度为30℃、交流干扰电压为10V、Cl-浓度为0.05mol/L、pH值为4.04时腐蚀电流密度最大达67.55μA/cm2,腐蚀情况最严重,应引起重视。
Using electrochemical method, through orthogonal test to research the corrosion behavior of an airport oil supply pipeline at four factors of temperature, AC stray current, chlorine ion concentration, pH value. The analysis results show that the biggest influencing factor of the corrosion rate is salt content especially the chlorine ion concentration, followed by the AC interference voltage, temperature, pH value, and indicates that it has a great influence on the corrosion of oil pipeline. The influences of various factors on the corrosion behavior are mainly achieved by changing the the ohmic resistance of metal surface, so it can Control the corrosion by increasing surface resistance of the metal pipe. The corrosion current density is 67. 55 μA/cm2 under the combined condition of 30 ℃, 10 V, 0. 05 mol/L, 4.04, and this should be paid attention.
