改性剂浓度对二次改性氧化锌薄膜的亲水性及光学性能的影响

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶的方法在玻璃基片上制备了纳米ZnO薄膜,并使用不同浓度的KH560和月桂酸钠组合对ZnO薄膜进行二次改性,以研究不同改性过程对ZnO薄膜光学及亲水性能的影响。利用接触角测试、扫描电镜、紫外可见光光度计、荧光光谱仪等方法研究了改性后的纳米氧化锌薄膜的微结构、光学性能及亲水疏水性等。结果表明,采用不同浓度的改性剂组合可以在一定范围内调节样品的亲水性,样品表面的改性剂分子密度影响样品的亲水性,也影响其光学性能。先用0.7mol/L的KH560改性,再用0.3mol/L月桂酸钠改性的样品的接触角最大,其疏水性最好。 The ZnO films were deposited on glass substrate by sol-gel method and their surface were modified by the different combinations of modifier. The microstrueture, optical and hydrophilic performance of the ZnO films were studied by the hydrophilicity, SEM, UV and PL measurements. The results indicated that, the hydrophilicity of ZnO can be adjust by the different combinations of modifier within certain limits. And the density of the modifier which be on the surface of ZnO films, can change the hydrophilicity and optical performance of the films. It can be speculated that the hydrophilicity of the film is maximum when the film is modified with 0O. 7 mol/L KH560 by the first time and with 0. 3 mol/L sodium laurate by the second time.
