摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法在水溶液体系中合成了具有镶嵌结构的Ag-TeO2-SiO2复合玻璃材料。以AgNO3溶液、TeO2固体和正硅酸乙酯作为原料,首先配制出TeO2-SiO2溶胶,再向其中加入AgNO3溶液和葡萄糖制备复合凝胶玻璃。在材料制备过程中,葡萄糖还原AgNO3的过程与TeO2-SiO2溶胶的胶凝化过程同时进行,使得生成的Ag纳米颗粒被埋入凝胶基质中,形成镶嵌型Ag-TeO2-SiO2复合玻璃材料。测试表明,该玻璃材料表现出较好的三阶非线性光学性能。
The composite Ag-TeO2 SiO2 glass material was prepared by sol-gel method in aqueous condition. Silver nanoparticles were enchased in TeOz-SiO2 gel base. AgNO3, TeO2 and tetraethylorthosilicate were used as precursor. At first, TeO2-SiO2 composite sol was prepared, and then, AgNO3 and glucose solution was added into it. The deoxidization of Ag+ ions and the gelatifieation of TeO2- SiO2 sol were happened simultaneity. So, the silver parti cles were embedded in the gel and the enchasing structure of Ag-TeO2-SiO2 composite glass was produced. This material has excellent third-order nonlinear optical properties.
