摘要
木陶瓷由于硬度高、抗压强度大以及其表面多孔隙结构使之具有良好的摩擦润滑性能。从木陶瓷的制备工艺、表面孔隙结构、强化处理等方面总结了木陶瓷摩擦润滑性能的相关理论与实验研究进展,展望了木陶瓷在摩擦润滑领域的发展趋势,为今后木陶瓷在摩擦润滑机理以及表面孔隙结构的流体动压润滑性能上的研究提供参考。
Woodceramics with high surface hardness, strong compression strength and its pore structure surface has a good friction lubrication performance. The relevant theoretical research and experimental development of wood- ceramics are summarized on its friction lubrication performance from following aspects like preparation process, pore structure surface, strengthening technology. The developing prospects of woodceramics in friction lubrication field are forecasted. It can provid reference for woodceramics' future development in the friction field about the surface of fric- tion and lubrication mechanism and the research of pore structure's hydrodynamic pressure lubrication performance.
