摘要
以过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,N-聚乙二醇单甲醚-N′-氨基甲酰马来酰亚胺(MPNCM)、甲基丙烯磺酸钠(SMAS)和丙烯酸(AA)为聚合单体,合成N-聚乙二醇单甲醚-N′-氨基甲酰马来酰亚胺-甲基丙烯磺酸钠-丙烯酸聚羧酸系减水剂(SP)。通过FT-IR谱图对SP结构进行表征。以净浆流动度、表面吸附量和水泥颗粒表面等性能为指标,研究马来酰亚胺型减水剂的作用机理。试验结果表明,其分散机理主要是由于SP分子中的阴阳离子基团与水泥颗粒之间形成络合作用和静电作用,使水泥浆体流动性提高。
Polycarboxylate based superplasticizer(SP) was prepared from acrylic acid(AA), sodium methylallyl sulfonate(SMAS) and N-Methoxypolyethylene glycols-Nr-Carbamoylmaleimide(MPNCM) with ammonium persul- phate(APS) as initiator. The molecular structure of SP was characterized by FT-IR. The action mechanism was investigated with initial fluidity, Zeta potential and adsorption as measurement index. The result shows that the mechanism of the SP was mainly owing to the electrostatic interaction and complexation between the cationic groups and anionic groups of SP and the surface of cement particles, it improved the fluidity of cement paste.
