摘要
在经降盐处理的海淤泥中掺入不同比例的磷矿尾矿、石屑、木屑掺料,经人工和机械两种方式成型制坯后烧成,系统研究掺料对海淤砖制坯工艺、烧成环节及烧成的海淤砖性能的影响。研究表明:掺料的掺入有助于改善海淤砖的坯体干燥收缩及烧成收缩,提高坯体及成品的合格率;掺料的类型影响着海淤砖的烧成制度及烧成海淤砖的性能;烧成过程中产生挥发份的掺料对于海淤砖在烧成过程中盐分的进一步降低有显著的效果。
The different proportions of phosphorite tailings, stone fragments, sawdust were admixed in ooze disposed by reducing salt. Then ooze green brick was formed by manual and mechanical methods and fired. On this basis, the systematic study on the influence of admixture on the process of green brick- making, the tache of brick-fi- ring and the property of ooze brick was made. The study shows that the admixture in ooze green brick can improve the drying and firing shrinkage, prompt the qualified rate of ooze green brick and product. The type of admixture has im- portant control action on the firing system and the property of ooze brick. The volatile material produced during the firing process has the obvious effect on reducing: the content of salt in ooze ~:reen brick.
