激发剂对掺有机硅磷石膏制品耐水性的影响

摘要 研究了白水泥和碳酸钾作为激发剂对掺加有机硅的磷石膏制品的强度、吸水率、软化系数和微观结构的影响。结果表明,有机硅掺量1.0%,2h时磷石膏吸水率为0.75%,48h时其吸水率达到13.84%;当0.15%的白水泥、0.15%的碳酸钾与1.0%的有机硅油复合时,磷石膏72h吸水率明显降低为11.11%,软化系数提高到0.60;通过扫描电镜观察其微观结构发现,激发剂和有机硅复掺的磷石膏水化产物较单掺有机硅的结晶程度高且排列更为紧密。 Effect of white-cement and K2 COa as activators on mechanical strength, water absorption, softening coefficient and microstructure of phosphogypsum product adding silicone was studied. The results show that when the silicone content of 1.0%, the water absorption of phosphogypsum are 0. 75% at 2 h and 13.84%at 48 h; when the white cement and K2 COB content is 0. 15% with content 1.0% silicones compound, phosphogypsum of water absorption significantly reduces to 11. 11% at 72 h, softening coefficient increases to 0. 60% SEM analysis shows that the phosphogypsum hydration product crystalline structure of activator and organic silicon compound array more closely than single-doped silicones of phosphogypsum.
