摘要
基于复合相变蓄能的原理,通过理论计算抗凝冰的相变分子合金组成,试验结果表明相变材料正十二烷和正十四烷的物质的量比为1∶1时,可调整相变温度为0℃,当相变分子合金材料掺入沥青中会降低沥青胶结料的稠度,随着掺量的增加,沥青胶结料稠度降低越明显,红外试验结果表明无新官能团出现;为改善相变沥青胶结料的三大指标,采用低密度聚乙烯LDPE和环氧大豆油作为复合改性剂改善相变沥青的流变性能,通过室内实验研究,确定了抗凝冰复合相变沥青材的组成配比:当相变材料掺量为4%,低密度聚乙烯掺量为10%,环氧大豆油掺量为3%时,能满足抗凝冰及基质沥青三大指标要求。
On the calculation of the material compositition of dodecanoic and tetradecyl binary phase change materials, the results show that when mole ratio of dodecanoic and tetradecyl is 1 : 1, transition temperature of the bina ry molecular alloy used as phase change materials is 0 ℃, with the increase of dosage of molecular alloy used as phase change material, asphalt binder consistency reduced, FT-IR results show that no new functional groups; with low density polyethylene (LDPE) and epoxidized soybean oil as a compound modifier to improve the phase change asphalt binder performance, through the indoor experimental study, based on satisfying the conditions of the anti-icing and matrix asphalt performance,the optimal proportion of anti icing composite phase change asphalt binder is picked out: phase change materials was 4% 10% low density polyethylene, epoxidized soybean oil content was 3%.
