ZM5合金石膏型反重力铸造薄壁件成形研究

摘要 将石膏型熔模铸造和反重力铸造工艺相结合进行镁合金铸造,研究了充型压力对ZM5镁合金石膏型薄壁件成形及铸态组织和力学性能影响,结果表明,最佳成型压力为40kPa时,铸件成形较好,镁合金铸态力学性能最佳,试样抗拉强度为(19±5)MPa,延伸率为(1.54±0.2)%。生产结果证明,铸型预热温度330-350℃,镁合金浇注温度730-750℃,成型压力35-40kPa,能够满足镁合金薄壁件成形要求。 The gypsum mould and counter gravity casting process are combined for magnesium alloy casting to study the effect of pouring pressure on formation of the thin-wall casting and its microstructure and mechanical property of ZM5 magnesium alloy. The results showed that, the optimal pouring pressure with maximum mechanical proper-ty of ZM5 magnesium alloy. The results showed that, the optimal pouring pressure with maximum mechanical properties is 40 kPa at which formation of the thin-wall casting is better and tensile strength is (192±5) MPa, elongation (1. 5±0. 2)%. Production results show, the casting process with preheating temperature 330--350 ℃, pouring tern-perature 730-750 ℃ and pouring pressure 35--40 kPa, can meet the need of thin-wall casting of magnesium alloy.
