摘要
采用无卤阻燃剂聚磷酸铵(APP)和甲基磷酸二甲酯(DMMP)复配对不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR)进行阻燃改性,改变APP和DMMP的质量分数(质量含量),制备了不同比例的APP/DMMP/UPR/玻璃纤维复合材料,通过极限氧指数测试发现,当APP和DMMP质量分数分别为20%及16%时,复合材料的LOI为32%。研究表明:DMMP能极大改善APP在UPR中的相容性,两者的复配使用显著提高了复合材料的阻燃性。采用电子万能材料试验机、简支梁冲击试验机对复合材料的弯曲性能和冲击韧性进行了研究。同时分析了磷氮协同阻燃机理。结果表明,复合材料材料的弯曲强度和冲击韧性均有小幅降低。
191 # unsaturated polyester resin (UPR) modified flame retardant was flame retardant modified by Halogenfree flame retardant ammonium polyphosphate (APP) and methyl dimethyl phosphite (DMMP). By changing the content of APP and DMMP of the UPR, different proportions of APP/DMMP/UPR/glass fiber composite material were prepared. The) resuhs )revealed)that when the contents of ammonium polyphosphate and Dimethylmethyl phosphonate were 20% and 16% , the LOI of the samples went over 32%. Meanwhile, Drawing support from the Electronic Universal Testing Machine and Charpy Impact Test Machine, the bending properties and impact resistance properties of the casting and glass fiber reinforced plastic of 191# unsaturated poly- ester resins were tested. Meanwhile, the phosphorus nitrogen synergistic flame retardant mechanism were analyzed. The re- sults showed that the bending properties and impact resistance properties of the composite were slightly lower.
