摘要
针对河北建投沙河发电有限责任公司600 MW汽轮机组高压缸效率偏低的问题,提出将高压缸隔板汽封、高压后轴封和高中压平衡环处轴封改为低齿刷式汽封的方案,通过分析热力性能试验结果,说明改造后高压缸效率得到提高。
HP cylinder steam turbine unit 600 MW power plant the problem of low efficiency during overhaul,by putting a high pressure cylinder diaphragm seal,high pressure rear axle seal and high pressure balance shaft seal ring place to low tooth brush seal,after high pressure cylinder efficiency is improved.
