汽封加热器运行故障的原因分析及处理

由于汽封加热器疏水系统调整不当,引起的汽封加热器水位不易控制,经常造成汽封加热器满水,为保证汽轮机的安全运行,介绍问题排查过程,分析故障原因,认为:汽封加热器水封筒存在气阻、汽封加热器水位计下联通管存在堵塞是故障产生的主要原因,并提出简单的处理方法。

Due to improper seal heater drain system adjustment,the cause of seal water heater is not easy to control,often causing gland heater filled with water,to ensure the safe operation of steam turbine,hydrophobic,open the seal heater crisis caused a great deal of energy and waste of working medium,seal heater.Analysis shows that the water seal seal heater tube is gas resistance,seal heater unicom under water level gauge tube is blocked is the main reason for the failure,and simple processing method is put forward.
