针对超临界机组汽动给水泵发生的推力轴承非工作瓦温度高的问题,从汽动给水泵的联轴器配合、推力轴承润滑、平衡鼓间隙、润滑油油质、推力轴承间隙等几个因素进行了分析,利用机组检修的机会对其进行针对性处理,确保给水泵安全运行。

This paper anylyses the reason of high temperature of Steam feed water pump’s non-working bearing from coupling,the lubrication of thrust bearing,balancing drum’s clearance,the quality of oil,the thrust bearing’s calearance,etc.We take action during the mantance of the unit to make sure the safe of the Steam feed water pump.
