摘要
结合波节管和内螺纹换热管的结构特点,提出一种新型强化传热的内螺纹波节管。通过数值模拟的方法对内螺纹波节管的管内传热进行了研究,结果显示,相同工况下,内螺纹波节管管内努赛尔数Nu较普通波节管增大了约10%,强化传热效果明显。此外,对比了不同螺纹尺寸的内螺纹波节管的流动和传热特性,结合管内的阻力情况,得出螺纹牙较低的内螺纹波节管具有更好综合性能的结论。
A new type of enhancement heat transfer tube called thread corrugated tube has been inven- ted. This tube combined the characteristics of both the corrugated tube and the internal thread tube. The heat transfer and intensity characteristic of the thread corrugated tube was investigated numeri- cally. The results showed that the tube inside heat transfer coefficient of the thread corrugated tube is 1.1 times larger than the corrugated tube. Considering the heat transfer performance of tubes with dif- ferent depth of thread, the thread corrugated tube which has lower depth of thread has a better over-all property.
