摘要
基于藏东、川西高原地区的特殊施工环境,针对输电线路铁塔组立施工中常规单体抱杆或摇臂抱杆质量大、运输和装拆不便、拉线受山崖与峭壁等地形影响打设困难等施工难题,研制了组合式复合材料新型抱杆,提出了组合式复合材料抱杆内悬浮、辅以外拉线撑杆的施工方法,通过在铁塔主材节点加设撑杆、外拉线通过撑杆打设的特殊施工方案解决了特殊环境下的铁塔组立难题。工程应用证明:组合式复合材料抱杆施工技术对施工环境适应性强、使用方便,可有效解决悬崖、孤山等地区传统抱杆无法使用的塔位组塔难题,大大降低了施工人员的劳动强度,提高了施工安全性和施工效率。
In accordance with the special construction circumstance in Eastern Tibet and Western Sichuan highlands, heavy single holding pole or holding pole with rotating arm, inconvenient assembly and disassem- bly as well as difficulty in line stringing of holding pole due to landform and cliff, the combined composite material holding pole is developed and a construction method of internally-suspended and externally-guyed holding pole is proposed. By adding supporting poles on nodes of tower body and fastening external guy to support pole, the tower erection in special circumstance is accomplished by the special construction scheme. The engineering practice indicates that the construction technique of combined composite material holding pole is applicable to construction circumstances, convenient to use and can effectively handle tower erection difficulties in cliff and isolated mountains in which the traditional pole can not be used; the new construction technique can greatly lower labor strength of construction workers and improve construction safety and effi- ciency.
