摘要 配电网线路接线较为复杂,接地现象较为普遍。发生线路接地时常依靠个人经验逐个拉线判断,不能满足配电网运行可靠性要求。利用VB软件设计研发了一套变电站10 kV线路接地的拉线判断辅助决策平台,结合本地区接地现状,使用层次分析法,对各变电站10 kV线路从4个方面分别进行综合评价,当变电站10 kV线路发生接地时,为调控人员准确、快速寻找到接地线路提供辅助决策分析,保证配电网安全稳定运行。经过运行实践表明,该平台能够有效减少调控人员拉线时间,提高拉线准确率,具有良好的实用效果。 Due to complex wiring of distribution network, line grounding is quite common. In case of line grounding, the common way is to rely on personal experience and pull grounding lines to judge, which cannot meet the operation reliability requirements of distribution network. This paper uses VB (visual basic) software to design a decision-making support platform for pulling determination of 10 kV grounding lines in substation. Combined with the status of local grounding, the paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to comprehensively evaluate 10 kV lines from four aspects; when the 10 kV lines of the substation are grounded, it can provide decision and analysis support for the control personnel so as to quickly find the grounding line to ensure safe and stable operation of distribution network. Practical operation shows that the platform can effectively help control personnel reduce line pulling time and improve the accuracy; moreover, it is in favorable operation.
