摘要
为了探索入介口倾角对重介质旋流器内部流场影响的规律,采用PIV测试技术和CFD数值模拟技术对倾斜入介口重介质旋流器的流场特性进行研究。研究结果表明:倾斜入介口重介质旋流器内部的三维速度普遍高于传统重介质旋流器,有利于设备节约能耗;当入介口倾角在85°左右时,重介质旋流器内部的流场最优,为重介质旋流器的结构优化提供了一定参考。
To understand the effect of medium inlet on flow field of dense medium cyclone, the flow field characteristics of the equipment with inclined medium inlet is analyzed by PIV measuring and testing technique and CFD numerical simulation technique. The result shows that three - dimensional velocity inside the dense medium cyclone with inclined medium inlet is always higher than that inside the traditional one, which can save energy and reduce cost; and the best flow field is obtained at 85° agnle of inclination on medium inlet. It also can be reference for upgrading structure of dense medium cyclone.
