摘要
针对华恒选煤厂出现的粗精煤泥灰分高且波动大,影响精煤质量的问题,采用三锥角水介质旋流器对粗煤泥分选系统进行了改造,从而使粗煤泥得到有效分选,使粗精煤灰分由10.26%降至7.25%,最终精煤产率提高了4.85个百分点,提高了企业的经济效益。
To reduce ash content of coarse coal slime, improve stability to guarantee quality of clean coal, the hydrocyclone with three taper angles is used for coarse coal slime separation system. The application shows that the ash content of coarse coal slime is decreased to 7.25% from 10.26% , with an in- crease of 4. 85% in the yield of final clean coal, which has improved economic benefits.
