摘要
介绍了基于无线传感器网络的选煤厂设备健康状况监测系统。系统以TI公司推出的兼容Zig Bee2007协议的CC2530为硬件平台,借助IAR Embedded Workbench集成环境及Z-Stack协议栈函数进行软件设计,成功实现了簇状拓扑结构的设备健康状况监测系统。该系统可通过采集温度与加速度信息,分析并给出设备健康状况报告,为设备的维护提供建议性方案,在有效避免传统工业总线网络各种弊端的同时,提高了企业信息智能化程度。
Equipment conditions monitoring system based on wireless sensor network in coal preparation plant is introduced, which is designed with the help of IAR Embedded Workbench, Z - Stack protocol stack function, hardware platform CC2530 produced by IT Company according to compatible ZigBee2007 protocol. The system is characterized by clusters topological structure and monitor equipment successfully. When working, it can analyze collected temperature and acceleration to offer equipment condition reports, and then give proposed scheme for equipment maintenance. It can not only avert all kinds of faults from traditional industry bus network, but also improve information intelligence level of enterprise.
