摘要
采用具有不饱和官能团的钛酸酯偶联剂105对碳酸钙原位改性,研究了改性碳酸钙对辐射交联三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)力学性能的影响。通过红外光谱、Kraus方程、交联密度研究了改性碳酸钙同辐射交联EPDM间的相互作用,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了改性碳酸钙在辐射交联EPDM中的分散形貌。结果表明,在辐射交联EPDM中改性碳酸钙与基体间产生了较强相互作用力,提高了复合材料的拉伸强度、100%定伸应力和邵尔A硬度,使碳酸钙在辐射交联EPDM中具有了补强性。
In this paper, we studied mechanical properties of radiation crosslinking ethylene-pro- pylene-diene terpolymer (EPDM) which was filled with calcium carbonate in-situ modified by titanate coupling agent 105 with unsaturated functional groups. The interaction between modified calcium car- bonate and radiation crosslinking EPDM was characterized by Kraus equation, crosslink density and FTIR. The dispersion of modified calcium carbonate in radiation crosslinked EPDM was analyzed by SEM. The results indicated that the modified calcium carbonate interacted strongly with radiation crosslinking EPDM,increasing the tensile strength, stress at 100% elongation and shore A hardness, which showed the reinforcing properties of modified calcium carbonate in radiation crosslinking EP- DM.
