摘要 研究了氧化镁(MgO)用量对橡胶减震材料中填料分散、混炼胶的加工性能、硫化胶的物理机械性能、动态生热、动静刚度比、动态疲劳和老化后动态疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,加入MgO能改善白炭黑在橡胶中的分散,且用量越大,分散越好。同时,MgO的加入能改善胶料的加工性能、提高硫化胶的耐疲劳性和耐热氧老化性,但使力学强度降低,动静刚度比和动态生热增大。当MgO用量为2份时能得到综合性能较好的橡胶减震材料。 Effects of the MgO amount on properties of damping rubber suoh as filler dispersion, processability, mechanical properties, heat build-up, ratio of dynamic stiffness and static stiffness, fa- tigue and aging fatigue performance were investigated. The experimental results indicated that the dis- persion of filler in rubber had been gradually improved with the increase of MgO amount. Simultane- ously,it made processability, fatigue resistance and ageing resistance better but resulted in the decrease of mechanical strength and the increase of ratio and heat build-up. When the dosage of MgO was 2 phr,damping rubber with preferable comprehensive performance was obtained.
