摘要
在苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯的三嵌段共聚物(SBS)造粒过程中,经常会发生胶粒黏结现象。实验室模拟此现象,在SBS中充入不同份数的石蜡基型橡胶油和环烷基型橡胶油,制备成胶片,测试胶片之间的黏结力。进行了气质联用、动态热机械分析仪(DMA)、微分扫描量热仪(DSC)分析,对比了上述2种黏度相近的橡胶油理化性质,分析了两种油品的溶解度参数差异。得出产生黏结力的原因是胶片表面高分子接近,距离小于1nm时,分子间力起作用引起黏结。在SBS中充入石蜡基型橡胶油份数有限,大于60份就会发生渗油现象,不产生黏结力。随着SBS充油份数的增加,胶片黏结力先增加后减少。
It is common that colloidal particles of oil-extended SBS will bond together. The phenomenon was simulation tested in the laboratory. Different quantity of Paraffin based oil or Naphthene based oil was filled into the SBS. Preparation of oil-extended SBS into a film. Testing the cohesive force between the film. GC-MS, DMA, DSC were used to study the oil-extended SBS and oil. Chemical ~physical characteristics be- tween HVIP9 and KN4010 were compared. Solubility parameter of Paraffin based oil and Naphthene based oil was analyzed. The reasons of the cohesive force is:the polymer of film surface close to less than 1 nm, there's interaction between the molecules, thus there is the cohesive force. Oil leakage happens to filling amount of be- yond 60 Paraffin based oil in 100 SBS,thus there is not the cohesive force. With filling amount of mineral oil, the cohesive force first increases and then decreases.
