摘要 裂解C9馏分是乙烯装置的副产品,国内部分用作廉价燃料,部分用于生产普通石油树脂,产品附加值低,经济效益不高;若进一步开发生产加氢石油树脂、桥式四氢双环戊二烯(endo-THDCPD)、混苯等高附加值产品,将对企业挖潜增效具有十分重要意义。主要介绍了国内裂解C9资源情况及其综合利用技术,对我国目前裂解C9综合利用技术进行了分析,建议拥有裂解C9资源的企业考虑利用C9积极开发C9加氢石油树脂、endo-THDCPD和混苯的生产技术,以提高其附加值。 Cracking C9 fractions of ethylene plant is the by-product. At home,it is used as a cheap fuel, a part of it is used in the production of ordinary petroleum resin,its products is of low value-add- ed and low economic efficiency. If it is further developed to produce high value-added products, such as hydrogenated petroleum resin, endo-tetrahydrodicyclopentadiene and benzene mixture, etc. , it will be of very importance for enterprise to tap potentialities for more benefits. This paper introduced the do- mestic cracking C9 resources and its comprehensive utilization technology. The current comprehensive utilization technology of cracking C9 fractions is analyzed,and suggestion is made that those enterpri- ses possessing cracking C9 resources should consider utilizing C9 proactively to develop production technology of C9 hydrogenated petroleum resin, endo-tetrahydrodicyclopentadiene and benzene mix- ture, in order to improve its added value.
