Diping is an underdeveloped village in Yinzhou, Ningbo. For many years, villagers there live by farming, earning very low income every year. In 2013, a group of students from Wanli University went to Diping village and helped villagers grow saponin and make soap. After one year of hard work, villagers from Diping have mastered the skills of making soap, and started to sell hand-made soap on online shopping platform.
