油茶蒲提取物对脂代谢的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨油茶蒲提取物对高脂血症大鼠脂代谢的影响。方法:建立大鼠高脂血症模型,分别灌胃给予不同浓度的油茶蒲提取物,检测各组大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的水平。结果:油茶蒲提取物干预组大鼠LDL-C水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义;高剂量油茶蒲提取物组TC、TG、LDL-C水平和其他组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:油茶蒲提取物在一定程度上可有效改善高脂血症大鼠的血脂代谢异常。 Objective:To study the effect of extract from the fruit shell of Camellia Oleifera Abel on lipid metabolism disorders in hyperlipidemia rats. Methods: The hyperlipidemia rat models were established by feeding rats with high-fat diet. These rats were administered with extract from the fruit shell of Camellia Oleifera Abel for four weeks, then the blood were drawn and the levels of serum total eholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) were measured. Results:Extract from the fruit shell of Camellia Oleifera Abel could downregulate the hyperlipidemia rats' serum LDL-C levels(P〈0.05). TC, TG and LDL-C levels in group differences were statistically significant. The level of TC, TG and LDL-C were significantly lower in the highdose group(P〈0005). Conclusion:Extract from the fruit shell of Camellia Oleifera Abel could regulate lipid metabolism in hyperlipidemia rats within a certain extent.
