一测多评技术在赶黄草药材质量评价中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:建立测定赶黄草中3种成分(没食子酸、儿茶素、槲皮苷)的一测多评方法,验证此方法在赶黄草质量评价中的可行性和技术适应性。方法:以赶黄草为研究对象,以没食子酸为内参物,建立儿茶素、槲皮苷与没食子酸之间的相对校正因子。采用外标法测定赶黄草中没食子酸的含量,通过待测成分间的相对校正因子计算赶黄草中其他2种成分的含量,并采用相对误差对一测多评法的计算值与外标法实测值进行评价,同时采用SPSS19.0计算两种方法的Pearson相关系数。结果:两种方法的计算结果没有显著性差异,相对误差<5%;儿茶素的相关系数为0.999,槲皮苷的相关系数为0.995,两种方法呈正向直线相关。结论:一测多评方法用于测定赶黄草中多种有效成分准确可行、操作简便,为进一步建立赶黄草药材及相关制剂科学完善的质量评价方法奠定了基础。 Objective:To establish a new method for quantitative analysis on multi-components by single marker (QAMS) and vali- date its feasibility and technical adaptability in analysis on Penthorum chinense Pursh for the simultaneous determination of 3 main constituents (gallic acid, catechin, quercetin). Methods:The quantitative analysis of multi components by single-marker(QAMS) was established and validated with Penthorum chinense Pursh. three main ingredients were evaluated and their relative correlation factors(RCFs) were determined by HPLC. The contents of gallic acid,in the samples of Penthorum chinense Pursh were calculated by using the external standard method,and the contents of the two other ingredients were calculated by theirRCF. To compare the difference between the QAMS and the external standard method in relative error, and use two kinds of method to calculate Spass 19.0 Pearson correlation coefficient. Results: There is no significant difference between two kinds of calculation results,the relative error〈5%. The correlation coefficient of Catechin is 0. 999, the correlation coefficient of quercetin is 0. 995, two methods were positively related to the straight line. Conclusion : The QAMS is feasible and accurate to evaluate the contents of Penthorum chinense Pursh ,In order to build the further foundation for the Penthornm chinense Pursh quality evaluation.
