通痹汤联合非甾体抗炎药治疗强直性脊柱炎临床研究

Clinical Efficacy of Tongbi Soup Combined with Nonsteroidal Anti-inflammatory Drug for Patients with Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的:探讨通痹汤联合非甾体抗炎药对强直性脊柱炎患者的临床疗效。方法:选取50例强直性脊柱炎患者,随机分为对照组和实验组各25例。对照组患者给予非甾体抗炎药治疗,实验组患者在对照组治疗基础上加服通痹汤,比较两组患者相关临床指标与总体治疗效果。结果:两组患者治疗后BASDAI指数、BASFI指数、VAS评分、晨僵时间与中医证候评分组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组患者总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通痹汤联合非甾体抗炎药对强直性脊柱炎临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of Tong Bi decoction combined with non steroidal anti--inflammatory drugs in patients with ankylosing spondylitis. Methods： 50 cases of ankylosing spondylitis patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group of 25 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, the experimental group patients in the control group treatment based on the treatment of Tong Bi soup, comparison of the two groups of patients with clinical indicators and the overall treatment effect. Results ： After treatment, the patients in the two groups index BAS- DAI, BASFI index, VAS score, time of morning stiffness and TCM syndrome score between groups difference has statistical significance （P〈0.05） ;patients in the experimental group the total efficiency was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference has statistical significance（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Tong Bi decoction combined with non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs on ankylosing spondylitis clinical curative effect is significant, worthy of clinical application.
